We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman with a strong background in power generation and industrial equipment . This is a working foreman position requiring hands-on diagnostics, repairs, troubleshooting, mentoring technicians, and coordinating shop operations.

- Diagnose and repair diesel and natural gas generators
- Perform inspections, rebuilds, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Train and mentor technicians
- Coordinate daily shop workflow
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained
- Complete work orders and documentation
- Perform load bank testing
- Troubleshoot generator controls and electrical systems
- 10+ years of power generation or industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with Caterpillar, Cummins, Kohler, MTU, Detroit Diesel, MQ or similar equipment
- Generator controls experience
- Diesel and natural gas engine experience
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Previous Foreman or Lead Technician experience preferred
