TechKnowHow seeks a highly-motivated and dependable person for the position of Friday summer camp courier. As a courier, you would drive between 2 or more of our camp locations. You will pick up and drop off supplies on Fridays, between 1 and 5 p.m. Supplies include storage boxes with instructions and LEGO supplies. We provide you with a cart if desired. Boxes range from 15 to 30 pounds each.
You will need to have a vehicle that can carry at least 3 wheeled duffel bags (each about 4 ft in height) and 2-3 banker's boxes of paper instructions/lessons. Example: Most cars work for this - a Prius and Honda HRV works fine with seats folded down.
We will pay you $30/hr for your time (driving and moving supplies during your route). We will also pay you $.725 (72.5 cents) per mile when driving on your courier route. You are also reimbursed for any bridge tolls while on your route.
Your route will usually be around where you live. Some days you will need to come to our Foster City office for materials.
We require proof of auto insurance and copy of driving record from the DMV.
