You already know if this is you. You're the payroll person who catches the garnishment error before it goes out, who actually reads the tax notices, who hasn't missed a deadline in years. And you've quietly hit a ceiling — because at a single employer, mastering payroll just buys you the same cycle again next month.
At Market HR Services, payroll isn't a back-office function. It's the product. We run payroll and HR services for multiple client companies—different industries, different calendars, different tax and deduction rules —all live at once. When you own a payroll here, you own it completely: employee setup, records, direct deposits and checks, tax and benefit treatment, garnishments, exceptions, and the documentation that proves it was done right.
You'll also own the relationship that goes with it. Our clients call, and the person who answers is the person who does the work. You'll explain payroll issues in plain language by phone, email, and CRM, coordinate with our HR and benefits colleagues, and follow every question through to a closed loop. Accuracy earns a client's trust; communication keeps it.
What you get in return is range. Every client adds complexity a single-employer role can't offer, and complexity is what turns a good processor into an expert one — deeper tax judgment, sharper exception instincts, real command of modern payroll systems. We're growing our client base, so the platform you learn is one you'll help scale. You'll get structured training on our systems, and a full benefits package: 401(k) with company match, health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
Who thrives here:

- At least two years of hands-on, full-cycle payroll processing or administration
