Resolve issues related to delays, breakdowns, and route changes.

Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers.

Previous experience as a Truck Dispatcher, Freight Dispatcher, or Logistics Coordinator preferred.

Strong knowledge of load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with dispatch software.

Knowledge of trucking regulations and freight operations.
