Janitorial Technician

Xplicit Technologies, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to join our team servicing the U.S. Forest Service White River National Forest Supervisor's Office in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and wants to help maintain a clean, professional federal facility.
Position Details
- Location: Glenwood Springs, CO
- Schedule: Approximately 3 evenings per week
- Hours: After normal business hours (typically after 5:00 PM)
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- W-2 Position
- Immediate Opening
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Vacuuming carpeted offices and hallways
- Sweeping and mopping hard surface floors
- Cleaning breakroom/kitchen areas
- Emptying trash and recycling
- Cleaning glass, mirrors, drinking fountains, and high-touch surfaces
- Restocking paper products and soap
- Performing periodic deep-cleaning tasks such as dusting, baseboards, blinds, and other detailed cleaning
Qualifications
- Janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform routine physical cleaning tasks
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully pass a federal background investigation before working independently in the facility
