Hospitality Server & BaristaThe Bradbury Bistro | Downtown Anderson
At The Bradbury Bistro, we believe hospitality is an art.
We’re not a fast-paced coffee shop. We’re not a high-volume restaurant focused on turning tables. We’re a neighborhood bistro built around intentional service, handcrafted food and beverages, and meaningful connections with our guests.
We’re looking for someone who loves people, appreciates quality, and takes pride in the details.
This role combines both barista and dining room service responsibilities. You’ll learn our coffee program, our food menu, our cocktail and wine offerings, and most importantly, how we create experiences that keep guests coming back.
What Makes This Position Different
We make nothing from a packet and cut no corners.
Our syrups are made in-house. Our espresso program is carefully maintained and dialed in daily. We believe a cappuccino should be crafted with the same care as a cocktail and that every guest interaction matters.
We’re looking for someone who gets excited about learning.
Someone who wants to know why a recipe is written a certain way.
Someone who remembers a guest’s favorite drink.
Someone who notices the details others overlook.
Responsibilities Include
- Preparing espresso beverages and specialty coffee drinks
- Learning espresso extraction, dialing in, equipment maintenance, and cleaning procedures
- Following recipes consistently and accurately
- Providing table service with warmth and professionalism
- Assisting with event service and special experiences
- Maintaining exceptionally clean and organized workspaces
- Supporting teammates during busy and slow periods alike
- Helping create a welcoming environment for guests and coworkers
- Learning our food, wine, coffee, and hospitality standards
You May Be a Great Fit If You
- Love coffee, food, and hospitality
- Enjoy learning new skills and continuously improving
- Take pride in cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
- Enjoy building relationships with guests and becoming part of a community
- Are dependable and respectful of others’ time
- Work well in a team environment
- Are comfortable receiving coaching and feedback
- Enjoy helping with events, special projects, and creative experiences
- Want more than “just a job”
Our Culture
We operate with a tip-share model because we believe hospitality is a team sport.

We’re especially interested in candidates who are looking for growth, leadership opportunities, and a long-term place to develop their skills.
If you’re passionate about hospitality and excited by the idea of becoming part of something special, we’d love to meet you.
