Duties

- Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures and safety guidelines
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring timely service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery
- Ensure all dishes are cooked to order, presented attractively, and served promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dietary department, restaurant, or food service environment is highly preferred
- Strong culinary skills with proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving customers and supporting colleagues
- Prior dietary aide or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory
