Build AI That Runs Real Businesses
We're not looking for a traditional executive assistant.
We're looking for someone who wants to build AI agents, automate operations, and help scale multiple growing companies.
You'll work directly with the CEO across businesses in airport concessions, smart retail, corporate housing, government contracting, business acquisitions, insurance, and emerging ventures. Your mission is to identify repetitive work, design AI solutions, and deploy systems that save time and improve execution.

What You'll Do
- Build AI agents that automate business processes.
- Design workflows using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, MCP, n8n, Make, Zapier, and other AI tools.
- Create internal knowledge bases and retrieval systems (RAG).
- Automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
- Build dashboards and reporting systems.
- Improve CRM, email, document, and project management workflows.
- Research and implement emerging AI technologies.
- Support executive operations, including meeting preparation, follow-up tracking, and process documentation.
- Continuously identify opportunities where AI can replace manual work.

What We're Looking For
- Current college student, graduate student, recent graduate, or self-taught builder.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience building AI applications or automation projects.
- Excellent written communication.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A portfolio, GitHub, demos, or examples of projects you've built.
