Duties
MUST BE DEPENDABLE-

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support

Monitor and record vital signs like blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability

Provide companionship and social engagement to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation

Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's through specialized memory care techniques and behavior management strategies

Maintain a clean and safe environment, this may include common areas, and resident apartments on occasion

Willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas, behaviors, and daily dynamics

Strong communication skills for working effectively with residents ,and families

Compassionate attitude with willingness to learn caregiving skills tailored to individual needs

Ability to work independently or as part of a team. The rotation is 4 days on and 2 days off
