Heidelberg Country Club – Bernville (Berks County) PA
is accepting applications for a Line Cook position, to provide lunch and dinner service for our Golfers Grill restaurant and Banquet kitchen. The restaurant serves our private country club members and their guests. Restaurant service periods involve mostly lunch and dinner, with occasional breakfast needs. Weekends required Closed most Mondays.
Expectations of the Line Cook position:
* Ability to execute and maintain preparations and recipes as instructed.
* Have cooking skills that include: Roasting, grilling, baking, frying, sautéing
* Demonstrate proper equipment skills and work space tidiness
* Stay up to date on menu changes
* Have knowledge of Department of Health standards
The ideal candidate will possess culinary education, or previous restaurant experience.
