Job Description:
Homeowners matter, and first impressions matter too. We are looking for a motivated, professional canvasser to help generate leads and set appointments for our roofing and exterior sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, confident talking to people, and driven by performance-based pay.
As a canvasser, you will go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, introduce our company, and set appointments for free inspections and estimates. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. We want someone with energy, consistency, and a positive attitude who wants to grow with a company that values hustle, trust, and customer experience.
Compensation:
- $15.50/hour base pay
- $100 for every qualified appointment you set
- $250 for every sale that closes from your lead
- Strong performers can make excellent weekly income
Responsibilities:
- Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door around job sites
- Speak with homeowners in a professional and friendly way
- Set qualified appointments for roofing/exterior home inspections
- Track leads and appointments accurately
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
- Work with the sales team to help turn leads into closed jobs
