Ability to manage busy lines and large crowds of really hungry people
Problem solver in a super-fast-paced environment
A great personality and a passion for hospitality
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar super-fast-paced restaurant
The ability to manage high-energy crowds while keeping a cool head
Be able to work well with the team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Must possess a SNHD Food Handler’s Card
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb when necessary, and move for long periods
Lift and carry up to 25 pounds with ease
Ability to adapt to varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Comply with company uniform standards and hygiene policies
