Guide customers through their tax returns in real time, helping them make sense of complex situations and complete their filings accurately.
- Support customers via chat, video, screen share, and phone (up to 100% of your time).

Assist customers in completing tax returns across diverse scenarios (self-employment, retirement, home sales, etc.)

Research questions using internal tools, IRS resources, and AI-supported systems.

Manage administrative responsibilities such as training, timekeeping, and special projects within provided time.

Consistently meet clear performance and customer experience expectations.

You are a credentialed tax professional who measures success by the trust you build.
- You bring 2+ seasons of professional tax experience.

You hold an active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney).
- You have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).

You have succeeded in high-volume, continuous customer-facing environments where self-initiated, real-time problem solving was expected.

You can translate complex tax concepts into clear simple guidance.

You take ownership of customer support by researching answers, adapting quickly, and staying organized across multiple systems.

You maintain high customer service standards under pressure.
