As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming and memorable experience from arrival to departure. This position offers a variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to develop skills across multiple departments.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phones and assist guests with questions and requests
- Make, modify, and confirm hotel reservations using our Property Management System
- Schedule dining reservations and provide concierge assistance
- Process reservations, payments, and other computer-based transactions
- Operate the multi-line phone system and general office equipment
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
- Provide support to the Golf Shop, Ski Shop, and other departments as needed
- Help ensure every guest receives outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
- A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous office, hospitality, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred
Schedule
This position requires a flexible schedule. Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

$16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
