Job Summary:
Nexus Communications Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Sales Administrative Assistant to support our marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the marketing and sales departments, contributing to the overall success of our business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing and sales teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Assist in the management of project timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met and communicated effectively.
### Marketing Coordination:
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media outreach, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and promotional items.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to generate content and literature that aligns with marketing objectives.
