Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure that merchandise is organized and displayed attractively.
- Perform cash handling duties, including operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately.
- Demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchases.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and achieve store goals.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
