- Assist with walking/bathroom
- Fully mobile client
- NO PETS!
- Medication reminders
- Assist with bathing

- PCA/HHA
- TB test & physical completed
- MUST HAVE Satisfactory standing with GCHEXS (Georgia Criminal History Check System) when applying (MANDATORY) https://www.dch.gchexs.ga.gov/
- MUST have full coverage car insurance and tag
- MUST have reliable transportation.
- MUST have working cell phone for communication.
- Valid CPR/First AID certification
- MUST have resume.
- MUST be able to provide 2 professional references (direct report, LPN, RN)
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
