Your Role: Everyday Hero
We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Delivery Technicians to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and helping hand hospice patients count on. It’s more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to build a lasting career while making a real impact.
We offer several available schedule patterns. Your assigned schedule will be consistent each week, totaling five days, with standard start times of 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver and set up essential medical equipment (hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, wheelchairs, lifts) to patient homes and care facilities.
- Provide clear, compassionate guidance and instruction on equipment use to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergency delivery requests.
- Keep accurate documentation of what was delivered, picked up or repaired utilizing multiple computer programs. Keeping track of asset is imperative - your attention to detail matters.
- Troubleshoot faulty equipment.
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours and weekend needs. ** On call pays $200 per week plus regular hourly rate if called out to work, often on overtime.
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked and clean company vehicle.
- Build new equipment and repair rental equipment.
Who You Are
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (No CDL required!)
- Previous delivery experience preferred (medical equipment experience a plus—we provide training!)
- Technically inclined with strong attention to detail
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 82 lbs safely
- Kind, professional, and comfortable working in emotionally sensitive situations
- Strong communicator and problem-solver who works well independently and as part of a team
