Bravado Pharmaceuticals is seeking an ambitious and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. We are a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering innovative healthcare solutions to improve the lives of patients globally.
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring the success of our products by building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders in your designated area. You will possess exceptional leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in your designated area
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure their success in meeting sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and key accounts in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide insights and feedback on market needs and product performance
- Manage and track sales data and performance metrics to provide regular reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and key accounts
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to travel within the designated area as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay: $44,820.15 - $53,976.95 per year
