Position overview
We're hiring a Quality Supervisor at a cold-storage (30-35º F) fulfillment
center in Vineland, NJ 08360. This is a hands-on food safety role — you'll
oversee quality operations on the floor including inbound inspection,
sanitation, cold chain compliance, and audit readiness. Experience with
HACCP, FSMA, or GMPs in a cold storage or perishables environment is
required. This is not a desk job.

Requirements
years focused on QA
1+ years in a supervisory or lead role
Working knowledge of HACCP, FSMA, and GMPs; HACCP or PCQI certification
strongly preferred
Cold storage or temperature-controlled fulfillment experience required
Ability to work in cold and freezer environments for full shift duration
Strong documentation skills; Excel proficiency for tracking inspections and
quality metrics
