This is not a “just play with dogs” job.
This is an active, hands-on role that includes managing groups of dogs, cleaning, and interacting with clients.

We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team in a fast-paced dog daycare and boarding environment. This role combines dog handling, facility cleanliness, and customer interaction.
No experience required—we train the right mindset and work ethic.
Core Responsibilities
DOG HANDLING (SAFE)
- Supervise group play and monitor dog behavior
- Step in early to prevent unsafe situations
- Maintain a calm, controlled environment
FACILITY CLEANLINESS (CLEAN)
- Maintain strict cleaning and sanitation standards
- Quickly and consistently clean messes
- Stay aware of surroundings at all times
ENGAGEMENT (FUN)
- Provide structured interaction and enrichment
- Keep dogs active in a safe and controlled way
OPERATIONS (OTHER)
- Assist with front desk and customer communication
- Answer phones and support office tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Schedule Requirements
- 10–30+ hours per week (Part-Time → Full-Time potential)
- Must be available for:
- One opening shift per week (6:00 AM)
- One closing shift per week (6:30 PM)
- At least 1–2 weekends per month
- Some holidays (flexible)
