Superior Mechanical is looking for Experienced Plumbers to join our Superior Family.
Plumber Responsibilities:
An Experienced Plumber will have a strong background in plumbing systems, including drain, waste, vent, domestic water, rain leaders and hydronic piping, and related equipment and fixtures. This position requires hands-on experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety regulations and standards.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform pipe threading and assembly of various plumbing components.
- Conduct remodeling tasks related to plumbing systems as needed.
- Utilize hand tools safely and effectively for plumbing tasks.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all work activities.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Stay current on codes, municipal regulations methods, technology, tools, and equipment offerings
- Adhere to and enforce company policy and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Blueprint reading
- Understanding of applicable building codes and trade standards
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
- Journeyperson License preferred
