At Rehab at Scottsdale Village Squarer, we pride ourselves on the exceptional care we provide for both our residents AND our staff. We're currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) (CNA) to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor restorative care programs designed to enhance residents' functional abilities.
Assist residents with daily exercises, mobility activities, and range-of-motion exercises to improve or maintain their physical abilities.
Provide support for residents using adaptive equipment and assistive devices as prescribed.
Assist patients with daily activities such as getting in and out of bed.
Help with personal and oral hygiene.
Reposition immobile patients to ensure comfort and prevent bedsores.
Monitor and assist with food, water, and medication intake.
Take and report vital statistics.
Observe and report any changes in patient behavior or health.
Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
