We are seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) and LPC-Associates (LPC-A) to join our dynamic team at our new Fate location. Duties
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including diagnostic evaluations using ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards, ensuring compliance with clinical documentation standards.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aligned with client needs and clinical guidelines, incorporating modalities like applied behavior analysis and art therapy when appropriate.
- Document all clinical interactions accurately within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management, patient care coordination, and research initiatives to enhance treatment outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in clinical research, supervision sessions, and training on topics such as telehealth therapy, ICD coding updates, and medical terminology.
Skills
- Proven experience working with children, youth, and individuals with developmental disabilities or co-occurring disorders.
- Strong knowledge of mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluation procedures, and treatment planning processes.
- Expertise in various therapeutic modalities including motivational interviewing, social work principles, addiction counseling, grief counseling, and gender issues counseling.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering clinical services via telehealth therapy modalities.
- Ability to manage crisis situations effectively while demonstrating excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements along with ethical guidelines for clinical practice.

Pay: $25.60 - $30.83 per hour
