Property Management company is seeking Full Time Maintenance Technicians to grow with our team. Looking for a hard-working, experienced maintenance technician to join our innovative and fun-loving team! This position is brings a lot of variety and you wont be doing the same thing day to day.
Job Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Working to help maintain our properties
- Job will include painting, power washing, some basic maintenance, laying down mulch, and a variety of other things
Requirements and Abilities:
* Requires a team-oriented person who will safely and efficiently assist in the repair or routine maintenance of rental properties.
* Must have vehicle- will be driving to multiple locations
* Our ideal candidate will be someone who is professional, clean, honest, hard-working and has a good attitude.
* Read written instructions in the language provided (English) - Must be able to work independently
* Have your own basic tools
* Handle tasks with professionalism
* Pass a pre-employment drug testing and background checks
* Can stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, work on elevated platforms, etc.
We will be willing to train the right candidate, but must have a basic maintenance knowledge and skills
