Responsibilities-
Perform comprehensive disassembly, inspection, and cleaning of spindle components to identify wear and failure points.

Execute high-precision assembly of spindle units, ensuring all bearing fits and preload adjustments meet exact technical specifications.

Utilize specialized tools and measurement equipment to verify tolerances and guarantee optimal rotational accuracy.

Document repair processes and maintain detailed service records to ensure quality control and traceability.

Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and improve overall spindle reliability.

Support the operational efficiency of the department by maintaining a clean-room environment and adhering to strict safety standards.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in the repair, rebuild, or maintenance of industrial spindles or similar precision rotating equipment.

Strong mechanical aptitude with a deep understanding of bearing systems and tight-tolerance assembly.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
