We are seeking a reliable and experienced housekeeper to join our team at our busy motel. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including changing linens and making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors.
- Stock and maintain the housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored properly and kept in good working condition.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work cooperatively with other team members to ensure that all guest needs are met.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as cleaning supplies and linens.
