Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Project Manager to join our growing team! Duties
- Support the sales team in managing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Assist Project Managers with daily job management
- Prepare files for insurance adjuster inspections
- Coordinate and schedule adjuster walks
- Upload documents into Basecamp, Dash, and CompanyCam
- Verify all required job documentation is complete
- Follow up with Project Managers regarding missing paperwork
- Communicate with homeowners regarding appointments
- Help maintain accurate project files
- Assist in moving projects through each phase of mitigation
- Ensure every job is properly documented before moving to reconstruction
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple jobs.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and referral partners.
- Willing to learn sales and ask customers for the opportunity to perform the work.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, professional, and responsive.
- Comfortable using computers, mobile applications, calendars, and job-management systems.
- Able to document conversations and follow-up activity accurately.
- Restoration, construction, customer service, dispatch, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
