- Do you enjoy fixing things and preventing problems before they happen?
- Are you organized, detail-focused, and self-directed?
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in changing conditions?
- Bringing 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience?
- Handle light carpentry: repair windows, doors, door hardware, screens, and furniture.
- Complete minor electrical and plumbing tasks and appliance upkeep, including fans and emergency/exit lighting.
- Execute preventive maintenance on the building, equipment, and grounds to reduce downtime.
- Inspect facilities routinely; note and correct deficiencies, and report wear, defects, and deterioration promptly.
- Immediately notify management when emergencies point to major repair needs.
- Eliminate safety hazards to protect people and property.
- Perform landscaping and general grounds care.
- 2–3 years of related maintenance experience.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in varied environments, including outdoors.
- Solid maintenance and repair skill set.
