We are seeking an E-commerce Specialist to focus on vendor management, vendor operations, and online catalog expansion. In this role, you will serve as the primary operational liaison between external suppliers, brand partners, internal logistics teams, and our digital storefronts.
You will lead the onboarding of new vendor relationships, manage drop-ship and supplier inventory feeds, optimize product listing data, and negotiate promotional placements to maximize category profitability and revenue.
Serve as the daily point of contact for vendor partners, managing communications regarding product catalog feeds, pricing updates, and stock availability.

Lead vendor onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of supplier product data, images, specs, and inventory syncs into our e-commerce platform.

Monitor vendor compliance and SLA performance (order fulfillment times, drop-ship defect rates, return ratios, and inventory accuracy).

Partner with vendors to coordinate co-op marketing initiatives, exclusive product launches, and promotional funding.
Manage large-scale product catalog updates, ensuring accurate categorization, pricing margins, and comprehensive product attributes across all vendor lines.

Collaborate with suppliers to obtain high-quality digital assets, enriched product descriptions, and compliance specs.

Optimize product margins and analyze cost changes from vendors to ensure healthy category profitability.
Monitor inventory feeds across multi-vendor networks to mitigate stockouts, backorders, and order cancellations.

Work closely with logistics, fulfillment, and customer service teams to resolve vendor-related fulfillment delays or customer inquiries.

Identify drop-ship or direct-from-vendor fulfillment bottlenecks and implement operational improvements.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce vendor management, category management, buyer operations, or supplier relations.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central) and vendor integration tools (e.g., EDI, drop-ship management software, PIM systems).

Data & Analytics: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data manipulation for large catalog feeds).

Vendor Negotiation: Solid foundation in vendor negotiation, margin analysis, and vendor SLA management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience managing multi-vendor drop-ship programs or marketplace seller networks.

Knowledge of PIM (Product Information Management) and ERP platforms.

Understanding of e-commerce logistics, freight terms, and lead time optimization.
