Overview
We're seeking motivated, coachable individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact through financial education. As a Financial Services Representative, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners protect their financial future through life insurance and retirement solutions.
In this role, you'll educate clients on life insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL) policies, term and permanent life insurance, annuities, retirement income strategies, and wealth preservation. You'll work alongside experienced mentors while developing the skills needed to build a successful career in the financial services industry.
No prior industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing support for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and protection needs.
- Educate families on the importance of life insurance and retirement planning.
- Present customized life insurance and annuity solutions based on each client's objectives.
- Explain policy features, living benefits, cash value accumulation, retirement income options, and legacy planning strategies.
- Assist clients through the application and underwriting process.
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and annual policy reviews.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, community outreach, social media, and marketing efforts.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development.
- Maintain compliance with all state insurance regulations and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Sales, customer service, banking, or financial services experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be willing to obtain or currently possess a state Life Insurance License (licensing assistance available).

Pay: $300.00 - $3,500.00 per hour
