What You’ll Do
- Connect with buyers and sellers through Zillow leads, company-provided opportunities, and personal prospecting
- Make outbound calls and consistent follow-up to generate appointments and build your pipeline
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations
- Show homes and host open houses
- Write and negotiate offers
- Guide clients through the full transaction process
- Maintain CRM and client communication records
- Participate in weekly coaching, training, and accountability sessions
- Actively build and manage your own business
