Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

At Cater 2 Kids SPOT, we're passionate about helping children build the skills they need today for greater independence tomorrow. We are a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic providing Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, ABA Services, and Autism Diagnostic Evaluations in a collaborative, child-centered environment.
We're looking for a compassionate, motivated, and energetic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team! If you love working with children, value teamwork, and want to make a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders in pediatric clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique strengths and needs.
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions that encourage progress through play and meaningful activities.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, BCBAs, ABA staff, families, physicians, and other professionals to support each child's success.
- Educate and coach caregivers to encourage carryover of skills at home.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and complete required reports.
- Participate in team meetings, collaboration opportunities, and continuing education.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Massachusetts SLP license (or eligible).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with children and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
