Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate
True Power Solar is hiring for a long-term/ trustworthy Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Worker.
Job Duties, but not limited to:
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area.
- Completes deliveries by driving trucks or vans from vendors to customers.
- Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements; arranging for repairs.
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining a clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Completes reports by entering the required information.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Must know how to operate Forklift. The company will provide Forklift training and certificate.
- Must have good verbal/written communication skills and basic math skills
- Must be dependable, reliable, and have organizational skills as well.
- required to use hands, fingers, reaching with hands and arms, legs, bending standing, walking, and other frequent physical activities for long periods of time.
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 50-70 lbs and to lift and/or move objects
- High school diploma is required.
- Valid driver's license and clean record.
- Bilingual a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time, 8 hours per day from 7 AM-4 PM
