About Us
Teton Exterior Lighting installs permanent LED track lighting along home exteriors, custom app-controlled systems that homeowners use year round. We're a small, fast-growing local company looking for our full time installers to grow with us.
No lighting experience required. If you're reliable, honest, work well outdoors, and take pride in doing things right, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
What You'll Do
- Install permanent low-voltage LED track lighting along rooflines and trim on residential homes
- Work on ladders and rooftops safely and confidently
- Distribute door hangers in neighborhoods between installs
- Represent Teton Exterior Lighting professionally with every homeowner interaction
Schedule
- Full time hours with flexible scheduling
- Occasional evenings and weekends as needed
- Outdoor work year round in all weather conditions
What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation, you must be able to get to job sites
- Ability to navigate an app to clock in and out
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs at height
- Able to carry and maneuver ladders
- Okay working outdoors in heat and cold
- Some construction or trades experience preferred but not required
- Reliable
What You'll Earn
- $18/hr during paid training period
- $18 to $25/hr based on performance after training
- Performance bonuses tied to install efficiency, faster and better means more money
- Pay increases based on what you produce, not how long you've been here
- Paid time off
- Year round stable work, this is not a seasonal position
