Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Pediatric Speech Pathologist, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. In this role, you will provide comprehensive speech therapy services tailored to the unique needs of pediatric patients in both our Early Learning Center and Outpatient Clinic. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in pediatrics and early intervention while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, literacy, and communication evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy services to pediatric clients.
- Educate and empower families through coaching and home-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and family-centered clinical environment
Qualifications
- Valid Kentucky licensure or qualifications for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Proven experience working with children in clinical or school settings; school experience is highly preferred
- Prior telehealth therapy experience is advantageous; comfort with virtual platforms is essential
- Ability to work effectively with children across diverse developmental stages and with various disabilities
- Knowledge of early intervention principles and practices for supporting young children’s communication skills
- Is committed to evidence-based practice and lifelong learning.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
