Major Job Responsibilities
Account & Order Management
- Execute pricing workflows by facilitating accurate quotes and managing custom project specifications.
- Oversee complex accounts from initial order intake through production scheduling to meet strict delivery timelines.
- Monitor inventory health and track order lifecycles proactively to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Generate data-driven reports to share performance metrics and project updates directly with corporate clients.
Production Planning & Procurement
- Coordinate outside purchases for specialized materials and third-party manufacturing services.
- Partner with scheduling teams to evaluate production backlogs and optimize machine demand allocation.
- Conduct pre-pricing reviews with production leaders to validate manufacturing feasibility and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
- Serve as primary liaison between external customers, sales teams, credit analysts, and collections departments.
- Log, research, and troubleshoot customer quality issues using structured root-cause analysis.
- Synthesize complex information rapidly across verbal and written channels to maintain operational agility.

Experience & Education
- Manufacturing Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience within a manufacturing or production environment (Preferred).
- Customer Support: Strong background in industrial customer service and operational workflow management (Required).
- Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (Required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Pay varies with experience and education. Higher end of pay range would be for employee with experience in our industry and software.
