Full Circle Painting is hiring an Apprentice Painter in Central Massachusetts, with pay of $20 to $25 per hour and structured paid training. You will learn professional painting systems, prep work, and application techniques while working alongside experienced painters on residential and commercial projects.

What You Will Do Each Day
- Perform interior caulking, masking, and surface protection on active job sites.
- Complete basic drywall repair and prep work.
- Sand and prepare trim and surfaces for finish coats.
- Roll and back roll walls and ceilings under crew lead direction.
- Assist with deck refinishing projects.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the day.
