Packing Line Lead Responsibilities Oversee a team of employees packing or reworking product, delegating each associate to tasks appropriately, inspect quality and labeling of finished products. Monitor and correct any safety infractions to ensure employee safety. Train team members on product quality, packing procedures, labeling, safety, etc. to increase associate capability. Ensure team is meeting work standards for quality, labeling, and time. Complete documentation on jobs performed, product information, employee performance, used supplies, and time worked. Communicate with outside buyers, sister companies, Quality Control, sales, and managers about any issues, requirements, and solutions.
