Job Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Apartment Make-Ready Technician to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and creating a comfortable, safe environment for our residents. From routine maintenance to tackling unexpected repairs, you’ll be a key part of making sure our property stays in top shape. You'll also play a big role in getting apartments ready for new residents, handling everything from paint touch-ups to appliance installations.
Responsibilities
- Take care of Make Ready tasks, including:
- Painting walls and trim
- Drywall repairs
- Installing or repairing appliances
- Replacing light fixtures, hardware, and other items to prepare units for new residents
- Stay on top of preventative maintenance to help avoid future issues.
- Keep clear and accurate records of work completed and parts used.
- Work closely with the rest of the team to complete tasks efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
- Prior experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field.
- Basic residential painting and drywall repair skills.
- Good communication skills—able to speak and write clearly in English.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to jump in where needed and take ownership of your work.
