Position Overview
As a Leasing Administrator, you are a key part of the on-site team and play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, strong resident relationships, and efficient leasing performance.
Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Leasing & Applications
- Resident Communication
- Rent & Collections Support
- Work Orders & Maintenance Coordination
- File Management & Compliance
- Move-Ins & Move-Outs
Qualifications
- Prior leasing administrator or office administration experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Self-starter with strong multitasking skills
- Sales and performance-driven mindset
- Genuine passion for apartments and property management

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
