We are looking for an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Executive to join a growing South Florida event and party rental company. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

Outside Sales Executive | Event & Party Rentals
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year + Quarterly Performance Bonuses
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, government, school, and private event clients
- Meet with prospective customers to understand their event needs and recommend customized solutions
- Prepare proposals, present pricing, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities
- Consistently follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction
- Attend client meetings, site visits, networking events, and community functions as needed
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales, business development, account management, or outside sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to develop relationships and close business
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools
- Experience in event rentals, hospitality, entertainment, catering, or related industries is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
