LPN/RN Nursing Visits – Weekend Opportunity
Cornerstone Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN or RN to provide skilled nursing visits for a male patient with a spinal cord injury in the comfort of his home.
This position is ideal for a nurse looking for supplemental weekend hours while making a meaningful impact on a patient's quality of life and independence.
Schedule:
- Saturday & Sunday
- 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Nursing Visits)
Pay:
Responsibilities May Include:
- Medication management and education
- Wound Care
- Monitoring and reporting changes in condition
- Documentation of care provided
- Communication with the clinical team regarding patient needs and concerns
Requirements:
- Current SC LPN or RN license in good standing
- Reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
