Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted physical therapy services to elementary students according to their individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and therapies provided
- Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ physical development and learning goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute ideas to help shape students’ individualized support
