Early Intervention Teacher (Birth–2) – Per Diem

Sunshine Children’s Home is a 5-star pediatric skilled nursing facility with 122 beds, providing sub-acute and long-term care in Ossining, NY. Our modern facility is located in a quiet, private setting and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children.
We serve children from birth to age 21 with complex medical needs, and we are currently seeking a Per Diem Early Intervention Teacher to join our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide early intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth–2 years)
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with medical and therapeutic staff to support each child’s development
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Qualifications:
- Required: NYS Certification in Special Education (Birth–2)
- Experience working with young children with special needs preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
