As the Charge Nurse, you will provide hands-on nursing care while leading caregivers and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities include:

Provide direct nursing care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents
-
Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, state regulations, and community policies
-
Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
-
Maintain accurate documentation and resident medical records
-
Develop and update individualized care plans
-
Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
-
Lead, mentor, and support caregivers during assigned shifts
-
Assist with training and coaching new team members
-
Ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies
-
Promote a positive, resident-centered culture focused on exceptional care
-
Perform other duties as assigned

Current Texas LVN/LPN License required
-
Current CPR Certification required
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required

Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation experience preferred

Previous Charge Nurse or leadership experience preferred

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
-
Ability to make sound clinical decisions while working independently
-
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 pounds unassisted, and assist residents with mobility

Full-Time

Weekends and holidays as needed
