Duties:
- The Casino Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising and supporting Table Games Dealers.
- The position is responsible to adhere to the Government, Gaming Commission and Internal Company rules and regulations and assumes responsibility for supervising and supporting the compliance with such rules and regulations.
- The Casino Table Games Supervisor should display a high degree of judgment and decision making in all customer and employee interactions while achieving the goals and priorities in a manner that reflects the Company vision, mission and values.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- 1-3 years of previous dealing experience required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a licensed from the Puerto Rico Gaming Commission
- Previous dealing experience is required for this position
- Knowledge of Casino rules, regulations and procedures
- Previous supervisory and leadership responsibility preferred

Pay: $39,900.00 - $41,600.00 per year
