Job Overview
We are seeking reliable, motivated Warehouse Clerks to join our client’s team in Seaford, DE. This is a hands-on warehouse position for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can safely handle physical work.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload products efficiently and accurately
- Pull customer orders and product transfers
- Assemble orders and transfers in the designated area and ensure they are properly packed and labeled
- Use an RF scanner for order selection
- Verify product and quantities for accuracy
- Operate lift trucks safely and follow all applicable safety procedures
- Use required PPE, including safety shoes, gloves, safety harnesses, and ladders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform general housekeeping duties as part of the daily routine or as directed
- Operate a computer-based inventory system
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors regarding orders, inventory, and any discrepancies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Must be able to operate lift trucks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized, flexible, and self-motivated
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to walk approximately 1–3 miles throughout the workday
- Ability to regularly reach, grasp, lift, and handle products
- Ability to follow safety procedures and properly use required PPE
