Quality Manager / Assistant Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team in Alabama. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive manufacturing quality systems and be responsible for leading quality operations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities
- Ensure compliance with customer and company quality standards
- Lead quality inspections, audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Work closely with Production and Operations teams to improve product quality
- Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation
- Support customer quality issues and customer audits
- Lead continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of Quality experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry
- Previous experience as a Quality Manager or Assistant Manager preferred
- Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) required
- Korean language skills are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
