Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented EIFS Installer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS), commonly known as synthetic stucco, on commercial projects. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality finishes that enhance both the aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency of our projects.
Must be willing to travel.
Responsibilities
- Install insulation boards and foam shapes according to project specifications, ensuring precise placement and secure fastening with appropriate fasteners
- Apply base coats, reinforcing mesh, and finish coats using hand tools and power tools to achieve smooth, even surfaces with proper texture
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for material handling or site preparation tasks
- Ability to work safely at heights and on scaffolding/lifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly during project execution
Pay: $25.15 - $30.29 per hour
Work Location: On the road
